One aspect of my life that I need to improve in is, self-medication before social interaction. Along with rambling/walking without a precise safe routine. I have become too comfortable with stagnant, not in tune with myself values to self-engage with my reality. I plan on slowing myself down to catch each and every flow so that it can be acknowledged and the redefined to be gone entirely, or to charm into something spectacular.

Certain situations I stress about that is out of my control. I’m too comfortable with people, places and things. I need not to worry about things out of my control and talk more about it. I will work on changing people place’s and things. Don’t half ass it.

LSBH helps me stop procrastination and stay away from people who are negative. I sign up for cooking classes, looking for work and I learn to make my own responsibility for own mistake and not repeat them again. I meditate more and exercise, letting go of the past and focus on today.

Before I joined LSBH, I was getting high to block the pain. I need to find someone to release the pain to.

Try to speak up more on more on what I want than trying please others when self is not in a position to provide.

More forgiving of my past.

Now that I’m in a new chapter of my life. I’m seeing if moving on is positive for me and see if my demons disappear.

Now that I have a job again, I save $ for a year or however long it takes to get credit right and have enough money to put down on a house. And at the same time work up funds for a lawyer to get more control of child support and regain custody of my kids. Meanwhile, stay away from some people.
